What is currently in our kitchen has brought forth a dream, and that dream includes having a brick & mortar location full of SWIRLS, coffee, family and friends at our location in Downtown Celina.

January 2022, Every Dream has a starting point

We are so blessed to have found (with lots of help!) this building in downtown Celina that needs some love and just like we create SWIRLS, we were able to dream of the potential this building has.  Join us on our journey from now till we open.

Step 1 complete!

When your building was built in 1925, there are many challenges! First step to getting the building of our dreams is to remove the asbestos in the roof!

The sign is UP!

Hard to miss this new coming soon sign on our building as you drive by! After lots of inspections and expert advice, the decision had to be made to demo the building. Over its almost 100 year life, the building has sustained too many issues and we want it to be safe for the next 100 years to come! We will be working closely with our architect and the city to recreate the charm of this 1925 building.

Demo Begins!

Early morning demo began on Thursday, July 14th, 2022! It came down so fast!!

A clean slate! 

Demo is complete! Next step is to treat the foundation so we can begin framing!
