Cleve & Kim
Cleve has been at home in the kitchen since his early years. His love for food started with his Mom & Dad and their roots in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Baking and cooking are his passions.
Kim spent most of her career as a retail executive but her passion is events & hosting.
Kim & Cleve dated in high school, went their separate ways and reconnected after 27 years apart. They were married shortly after and have been focused on life, food and the love of each other & community ever since.
Our Story
Swirls Bakery was our first business, created to share our love & passion for comforting and delicious baked goods. Twists & turns in our journey led us to expand and The Wick was born. We are excited to share our innovative twists on classic dishes paired with great cocktails...and don't forget all day brunch on Saturday & Sunday! Everything is made fresh daily and we have painstakingly high standards for every product that leaves our kitchen. This restaurant is our dream and we are so excited to share it with you!
